dear friends -
hopse has finally left. So I went back to
my daily routine of boxing, drinking coffee and doing my homework. I also developed another habit lately. I meet Austrian diplomats while wearing cheap suits (I paid 85 USD for a plastic pin stripe in a hilarious store in Harlem) and funky boots (they are grey alligator leather imitations!!!). like a spider I spin my network to be able to cover each aspect of ausländer-austrians in nyc. thursday I was invited to celebrate Austrian national day at the Austrian consulate. and yesterday I meat the new head of the Austrian Culture Forum who lives in the penthouse in the famous Abraham-building.
